ReviewBy: Vladimir Morosan
The resonant Valaam Institute Male Choir (not connected with the Valaam Monastery) sings a variety of chant and early polyphony focused on the thematic context of Lent and Holy Week. They sing resonantly and tunefully, equally at home performing early unison chant or choral polyphony of later centuries.
