This is the second CD of Russian liturgical music by the Novopassky Monastery Choir on the Naxos label, and like its predecessor is characterized by both value and quality. The recording and the singing are both very good. The missing element in this one is the hymn text in the liner notes. Otherwise both comprise a set that fans of Russian liturgical music will want to have.
